The Role:
We are looking for a flexible, committed, and collaborative Tech Lead to join our Customer Delivery team. You will play a central technical role, working closely with the project teams. Your technical expertise will ensure the quality of delivered solutions while operationally managing the development team. Your ability to thrive in a scale-up environment, where priorities shift quickly, is essential.
Your Responsibilities:
Define and steer the technical direction of projects, ensuring that the proposed solutions meet the functional requirements and strategic objectives of clients.
Supervise the development team throughout the project, ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of the solutions.
Coordinate between the engineering team, responsible for developing Cosmo Tech's products, and the project team.
Actively participate in the design and implementation of technical solutions while remaining adaptable to the changing needs of the project.
Participate in project support on technical aspects.
Facilitate the technical integration of new clients and partners by providing the necessary resources for optimal use of Cosmo Tech’s solutions.
Stay on top of technological and methodological advancements to maintain a high level of innovation in proposed solutions.
Client travel may be required.
Your Profile:
Engineering degree or a Master’s degree in computer science.
At least 5 years of experience in software development, including at least 2 years as a Tech Lead, ideally in a startup environment. Team management experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of the following languages and tools: Python, JavaScript, React, SQL.
Good knowledge of development tools such as Git/Github, automated testing, and CI/CD.
Good knowledge of the Azure Cloud platform. Familiarity with Google Cloud and AWS platforms is a plus.
Flexibility and adaptability in facing technical challenges and shifting priorities.
Initiative and the ability to lead a team to achieve ambitious goals.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure effective interfacing between various teams.
Fluent in English.
